Central electronics engineering research institute of India.....(more description about it -- the first colour TV of India was developed here, do research work in Plasmas, robotics, computings and many more..) for more info visit...www.ceeri.res.in and are still running there PCs on windows 95 with IE5.0 in officies and windows 98, windows XP and IE6 on testing machines...see, WTF is going here in India....its not a fault of one, all are same...for them XP = Computer, all other things are shit!!!!
