I think in the end Apple will buy Psystar. Look at all of the units they are shipping now. Apple is losing more than $3,000 on the average unit Psystar takes from them!

They can pull a DOJ v. Microsoft and fight in court until the point is mute, or they can stop the bleeding now and use the Psystar name to press products that might not be quite ready for Apple’s prime time.
