This is a blatant copy. Changing the color and font changes nothing. It is still the same old logo. And this, “BLUE commitment to service and RED the passion we being to our work” is the worst justifications for use of colors. Indian businesses should learn to have more meaningful logos. Look at Mercedes, look at Tata, look at Deutsche bank logo (hell I don’t even know what it means). A logo should tell a story, and this is a pretty fucked up story.

This logo is a copied version. it`s really surprising that a nationalised bank didnt even bother to have a check. This shows complete inefficiency and ignorance attitude of such a bank.

It look like a blue siphon, siphoning out something(money) from the red vessel ‘U’-which represents Union bank of India.
