so what u tryin to say is that once, a small party has joined with a bigger party, it should not be allowed to support any other party in the future except the one it has joined…is this the thing??
or may be a rule can be made where in a bond is signed for say five years betweeen both the parties..

Hey Prathamesh, nice to see you here

I have mentioned in the last para what according to me can be done as you have rightly pointed out religion based fractions in the country.

There should be a set rule by the Election Commission that alliances can’t be formed once the election takes place and their Chief Ministerial & Prime Ministerial candidate should be mentioned atleast 1 month before the elections begin.

see manan…i completely agree with u…but the problem is tat do u have an alternate method of elections…u said about the election process in US..but it is not going to work in india…tats because there are ‘N’ number of small parties in india…parties mainly based on religions…n u know how many there are in india…
